Magnum Store

I went to Magnum News this morning to drop a return via Collect + on my way to work. When I arrived and very politely asked to drop it the person there very rudely told me that they were not taking any parcels. There was no indication of this on the website and when I tried to explain my situation i.e. that I was on my way to work and had to take the tube etc they just made me feel like a nuisance and gave me one of the worst experience I have ever had in a shop.

The entrance is on Thayer next to the Health Spa place. They have milk, yay! They also have magazines, greeting cards, all sorts of beverages, some tools and electrics. Nice people. Good service.

Lovely well stocked newsagent and staff very helpful. Package drop off can be problematic with refusals now to take FedEx for security issues and other operators if they lack space.

Love this corner shop. Staff is friendly and picking up packages is a breeze here.

I can honestly say this is the most unprofessional Shop I have ever been into . I am an OAP and have lived in Marylebone all my life . I was only trying to get my money out of my purse and was screamed At by the owner told to get out of his shop and never Come back . Very poor service . I have been into this news agent before . Always having to wait while the Persons behind the counter pass the day with small Talk with other persons . I take get exception to how I was treated and would suggest that the owner takes a lesson in respect.no stars given .

A hidden gem. From rare snacks to an amazing collection of magazines, this place definitely has something you would want. Kind staff, clean atmosphere.

Great store but the woman is very miserable and rude whilst the men are friendly great she needs to leave the store asap

Beautiful shop. Surprising amount of items you can find. Lovely owners. They also do currency exchange for tourists.
