I was just informed by my mother that she fell ill in Zara at the Trafford centre on Wednesday. She wanted me to contact customer services to thank you for the care she received. The security guard and Zara employees who came to help cleared a space and ensured she was OK and I was told you were very compassionate and generous with your time. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure people feel safe and well looked after and most importantly your kindness during a scary time.

Great store, but poor till management - 2 sales assistants tackling long queue upstairs whilst 8 manned the quieter downstairs tills!
Wrong location on Maps (should be next to WHSmith) - edit suggested.

I just went to get a credit note not a refund for a blazer and some shoes. Apparently they only refund or exchange. All I wanted was a credit note so my partner can select his own items. They refunded the blazer, however as I didn’t have a receipt for the shoes they only offered an exchange. How a credit note isn’t the same as a  exchange I don’t know, as the money still stays with Zara. The red head “manager” with the accent so terrible she could barely speak English lied about offering credit notes where it clearly states on the back of their receipts they offer them if you don’t have a receipt. The second “manager” kept talking over me and offered no help whatsoever other than repeating the redhead. No credit notes. They ended up giving me a receipt for the shoes to exchange at a later date. The shoes aren’t fit for purpose. I tried to prove purchase with a bank statement as I know with the consumer rights act this is possible. Totally unhelpful useless management. I wanted to put everything on to a gift card and was going to purchase more. I have a strong reluctance to shop in the Trafford centre store again.

Good selection of items in comparison to ZARA in Bolton and ZARA in Manchester (they have empty shelves!-hardly any bags!).  Some staff could me more friendly.

Wanted a size medium in a top which had a price of £7.99 and the size large had a price or £5.99. Took it to the till and asked to buy the medium but at the correct price. The manager of the women's department in your Trafford centre store refused to sell me the item even though under the law he had to sell me the item for the correct price. He then proceeded to tell me that if I was fatter I could have got the large. Sorry but when did it become right to criticise a women's weight? When I pointed this out to him he got very rude and defensive. Maybe train your managers to deal with customers in the correct manner?
