Absolutely disgraceful treatment of customers by staff ! I will never be returning. I went to the till to purchase an item and the staff member snatched it out of my hand then said ‘ that would be £23.99 ‘ so I replied stating that all the dresses must have been mislabelled as the tag states £19.99 to which her reply was ‘it’s £23.99 do you want it or not’ in the rudest tone possible. I wouldn’t have minded paying more than stated if the staff member was polite but she was incredibly rude. This is also a clear violation of the consumer rights act as the price which is stated on the label should be the price a customer pays. As we were leaving she was huffing and puffing and making us feel so unwelcome. I will never be shopping here again due to the poor attitude of the staff members and a very poor treatment of customers with no apology about the mislabelling and no politeness whatsoever.
Appauling treatment by customer services. Don't order from this company early Nov at Christmas because if it doesn't fit you can't return it on 28th Dec!! My daughter now has a useless present with tags on that can't be returned. Despite the first email from customer services saying I could return until 30th Dec received email on 3rd Jan!!! Thieves not to be trusted
My daughter loves this store , nice range of clothes for younger girls , tiny sizes so if your a chunk like me I wouldn't bother .
The most useless customer service ever. Wouldn’t let me exchange a brand new pair of cargos which were the wrong size because I didn’t have the receipt even though I had other proof of purchase and tags still. Thieves of a company.
sizing is appalling, i am a size 12 at MOST, got some cargos in 12 and they were cutting me in half while stood up, disgusting, stop making clothes and not making sizes fair
Very good shop, just like an upmarket Primark
The clothes are really nice but I’m a size 10 and I tried on a pair of cargo pants that didn’t fit at all they probably fit like a 8 maybe 6 so I tried the size 12 and they were way to big and felt like a 14/16
Don't ever shop in this place. Customer service is absolutely horrible. You are treated like a thief when you want to return an item. They ask so many questions and if you don't have a receipt for an item you buy from the shop, they ask to see the transaction on your bank statement which is totally unacceptable and a breach of GDPR and they make you feel like you shoplifter the garment. I will never shop there and definitely don't recommend to anybody and the main reason is bad Customers service and quality is not great.
I went into store to do an exchange which I just needed to size up in. I asked politely at the till and I got eyes rolled at me and she signalled her manager over who then proceeded to roll her eyes. I work in retail so I know the exchanges are frustrating but to stand infront of me huffing and rolling there eyes is rude. I had my online receipt and they then told me I couldn't exchange and that I'll just have to have a refund. I'm disgusted in how I was treated in this store and felt very uncomfortable. Rude staff and manager.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Came in to the store midday on the 13th may with my partner, we were in the queue to pay and a girl working there with dark hair and pink top asked us to come to self check out making us climb through the till, then once we scanned all are items and paid when we were taking the tags off as the self check out machine asked, she snatched the items out are hands started checking are other bags basically accusing us of shoplifting saying we can have the items back that we paid for once we get the receipt. We then had to explain to her how the machines work and that we can’t get the receipt to print until the security items were taken off. Then when the receipt printed she saw she was wrong and never apologised the whole thing was embarrassing she was shouting the whole time, her behaviour was outrageous. Staff need to learn how to work the machines before making such allegations!
