Absolutely useless staff, 0 stars if I could! The queue was building up and they only had one till open, with the slowest cashier ever, keeping us waiting 55mins in a store as warm as a sauna. The store was a mess, piles of clothes on floor not being cleaned up, and asking the staff for anything is pointless. What a poorly managed place!
Khaadi trafford centre customer service is atrocious. They have this really slow system where there’s 1 person on the til despite long queues. Once you get to the til, another shop assistant goes to the back and fetches a brand new item of clothing - essentially the item you bring to the till are display only. So basically you’re waiting round til they bring it. Took me 20 minutes in the queue it’s honestly not worth it just for some average kurtas. They absolutely do not care about customer wait times. It’s only our desi shops who don’t care in the slightest about improving customer experience and care. Any other western shops, they would ask extra staff to jump on but not our desi shops who still don’t understand the importance of customer service. Ruined my experience at TC as I spent a total of 50 minutes in khaadi because the queues and the lack of changing rooms open. Not to mention there is absolutely zero ventilation in their shop, you would think with the prices they charge and where they are located they could afford a proper cooling/ AC system. Absolutely suffocating in there everytime I go.
Lovely store. Staff can be a hit and miss. When shopping in sale, staff was unhelpful and didn't want to check in the stock room for sizes. Asked me to look through the pile of clothes laying on the table which customers had already tried on but hadn't been put back on the shelf yet. Kept the item with me and asked at the till when it was time to pay - luckily the helpful lady behind the till got the item from the stock room. Would be good to train the floor staff as you would have missed out on a sale if I had listened to them.
Aisha unfortunately sent me away and wasted my time due to her incompetence. Prompted me for a virtual account number that wouldn't have matched the receipt anyways at it changes every time as I payed using Google pay. Thank you to the manager who was ACTUALLY able to complete the service required. Aisha needs training. Please help Aisha
Serish was excellent with her customer service I called to enquire about a product and size. Unfortunately it was sold out but she was amazing in checking for me and suggesting alternative. Thanks Serish.

Staff are super rude, they refused to give refunds for cloths that have been purchased by ourselves with our money! Ruining the reputation for asian cloth shops. Absolutely disgusting attitude for a small shop. Staff need to learn to not take things like refunds so personally as its not there shop and they are only working a minimum wage with very few perks.. wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here if your really desperate and wanting to wear this brand I would suggest going to Pakistan to purchase as the staff there have a lot more customer sense and wouldn’t cry over refunds. I really hope the staff here get some training and if they still cant bring themselves to be working in such environment they should find another career Thank you
The clothing was ok but nothing of my liking was too dull. Was browsing for long sleeves and bright colours.
