I was helped by Aydin this evening, as I wanted to spend a one4all voucher which had proved to be difficult at other retailers! Aydin couldn't have been more helpful, he ordered some shoes for me and was very polite and friendly. Thank you Aydin, you made my shopping experience at River Island very easy and pleasant!

Checkouts were full of staff but it seemed the vast majority would rather enter detailed conversations with shoppers about their personal lives - it took an age to get served. Eventually Lateefah served us and apologised. But we even had to change floors as we stood at a checkout, behind one customer which it was taking FOREVER to serve - we weren't even acknowledged.

Purchased my parka here. I have to admit, I stopped purchasing from River Island as their pricing had gone steeper in the last few years. Quality has improved, and this branch stores most of the online wear.
