Customer service is dire, especially when it's selling high price point items, looked at an item, didn't have price on, big female sales assistant came up and said, you having it then? Asked price, she said, don't know mate what does it say? Said no price on it, she said right whatever, buying it or not? Walked out without responding.
Terrible customer service. Told your not allowed to bring anything back at Christmas?? no gift receipt no thank you no nothing. Also as soon as you touch a item on a rail they push in and put it back immediately no shopping breathing space and not once do they ask would you like help with sizes not interested.
Put some sliders be behind the till while I was looking for a T-shirt came to pay to only find out they gave my sliders to some one els it won’t have been so bad but they were a birthday present and the last Pari so not happy staff Couldn’t do anything and thought it was funny how funny can you be when you spoil someone’s birthday
Such a shambles this store with the recruitment processs. They tell you to be there by a certain time and then take ages to get started. These are nothing but time wasters. They all seem calm at the front but behind the shop floor they’re all scrambling around. Too much time being wasted and this store is very pretentious. Avoid
Purchased some clothes got the home to realise they where damaged. Took them back only to be told they need to be sent to head office which takes a month. 2 item's costing nearly £600. A month later I have received a letter saying there is nothing they can do. Absolute disgrace. Please inspect your item's for any damage prior to leaving the shop. I have had better service and quality from Cheetham Hill.
Always good in a Tessuti store, staff very friendly as always! Not keen on the hard sell technique though. Never had it happen before maybe it was just this store.
Pretty sure I’ve rated before. Everything shopping related you need, never many cheap options and gets incredibly busy but overall probably the best shopping venue north of London!
Staff is amazing, the man who served me called Ibraheem was lovely, always smiling and welcomed us. I was approached with a smile as soon as I walked in and although they were technical difficulties during my purchase, everything was dealt with calmly and in a professional and friendly manner.
Went to tissuti trafford centre Friday last week try top that i saw online been served by sale assistant that was really rude to me when i said is not the right size us they didn’t have the right size in the store, he was trying to make me buy online when i said no he just walked away from very rude no nothing about customer service will never go back there i wish that manger look into this and improve their service thanks.
The staff behind the till were very rude and the 'exchange only' of sale items policy is disgraceful...beware young ones beginning their first shopping experiences, they see you coming and rub their hands together with glee waiting to rip you off! A lesson learned the expensive way.
