Great clothes but staff are rude and unhelpful. Get in there early as a nightmare if you want to purchase anything. They never have enough staff at the tills and today the girl who served me didn't say thank you or please, her only words were  "do you want a bag" ! The store needs to be managed properly and the  staff trained to give good customer service, smile and say please and thank you!

Women on the tills this morning was so rude when doing my return, I had trouble understanding her as it was loud and so she got sort of angry towards me as if it was my fault?!! Could tell she didn’t want to be there, wasn’t polite at all and when handing my receipt she didn’t say anything just looked passed it at me rudely. Defo needs training on social skills and how to communicate better with customers.

Went before the holidays to buy some bits. If you want to be followed by rude RACIST security guards then this is the store for you. 1 star is too generous.

I wouldn’t even attempt to go at a weekend - the place is like a hectic yard sale.  We returned during the week to exchange a jacket for a smaller size. It took over an hour to get the new jacket from a store room apparently their store room is in the car park which sounds crazy. None of the staff seemed bothered or interested.  Suggest the manager has a good walk around the store - some serious operational issues in this place!

Not entirely sure if language/culture is a barrier but.....good customer service should be a given as a fundamental standard throughout the world....however my experience of  ZARA is one of  consistently rude and unhelpful staff.

It always in mess, they really have very nice fashion but I prefer online shopping than in store. By the way, the fitting room is back now in this store

Woman on the returns section today L1 16th sep around 4pm not sure her name but wore glasses with a Pearl glasses chain. Bad attitude problem since she was dealing with me. Struggled to find my device number for a return I was making she didn’t even want to help me instead she was getting very agitated, huffing, rolling her eyes and speaking to me expecting me to know what she was talking about making me feel stupid when I’ve never had to find this certain number before, I normally just enter my card I paid with. And clearly talking about me with her colleagues. I even heard one of them say “calm down it’s okay” all whilst I was standing there. Normally wouldn’t write a review but if you have had a bad day please don’t take it out on your customers : puts them off going back in. Thanks

Great clothes, reasonably priced. Sraff are ultra busy but generally very polite and helpful.  One minus,  I've made two special journeys to collect items from their automated collection point, only to find it out of order and the staff there very stand-offish.  Still, I'd say it's one of the best places to shop

Always busy and have loads of different styles on offer men & women also children's section is great
