Excellent place to get hard to find Islamic books. I went there to find a book that was normally available online only and they had it in stock. I went to several other books stores and they never even heard of it. Excellent service and wide selection of other items including clothes and more.
I recently discovered Zamzam's online store, and I'm blown away by their incredible incenses. The scents are simply divine and have transformed my space into a sanctuary. When I encountered an issue with my order, their customer service team was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process with ease. Zamzam's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has definitely earned my loyalty. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional incense experiences!
It's about time they upgrade their store. So crowded. Full of stock and stuff but no room to walk inbetween. They have large selection of Jubbas, Abayas, scarves, Islamic show pieces. Books in Bengali, English, Arabic etc.. Went to buy a Jubba. They do exchange. Not sure about refund.
The shop has all islamic things accessories books ,Qurans of different languages fonts big small... and there is always someone in book section to guide u. I want that they should put their all books online as well and make the book sections wider so one can roam easily to see the books.
Good collection, but a clear lack in adab. Zamzam international has a large collection of books but the shop is in terrible condition. I am taught that books in general and especially Islamic books should be treated respectfully. That is clearly lacking in this shop. There are piles of books on the ground. Employees mostly do not help when you're looking for a specific book and do not know where to find specific books. I've seen books thrown on the ground as well. Also some of the employees get irritated when you're asking for specific books. If you can, avoid this shop. Just order books online elsewhere!
I travel and purchase my thobes from here. Good quality, nice material and many options such as buttons, zip etc. includes a mini book store and other Islamic related items
Never nice to leave reviews which are below par however, the owner of the shop doesn’t seem to care about it at all. The signs on the front of the shop must have disappeared about 10-15 years ago and have never been replaced. They could easily maximise the footfall for the shop really well if they refurbished however every weekend, you are walking over clothes to get in. Once you are in, it’s hectic to actually locate what you need! We purchased an item as a gift and was told the returns policy is only for 2 weeks. Which is fine, however when you are not local to the store, 2 weeks is a really short time period it almost feels immoral to offer such a short period to people buying religious things. The person behind the counter is a different story, they are always the grumpiest human being in the world. It almost feels like you are interfering their day to day life when you place your items on the counter. Don’t expect to receive a smile or any offers on other items around. Even if you ask about the many oud perfumes they have around, expect to receive a huff to get anything out. However, the workers who provide the clothings and in the book store area are always lovely. Met a few different men over the years and they have always been so respectful. As bad as it sounds, it’s almost the feeling of someone who prays 5* a day and assumes they are better than the rest, expect this type of service when you attend the store. May Allah forgive them for their poor service to many customers over the years and Insha’allah they realise by simply being helpful and smiling is no harm. Jzkl
They have an amazing islamic book collection. They also sell a wide range of islamic things like hijab, clothing, oud, blackseed oil and much more. I was mind-blown by their book collection.
Love this shop. Mashallah, staff are supportive and very knowledgeable. Thank you brother Ahmed for your kindness and help whenever I go there to shop for my favourite Islamic Books. May Allah bless you and everyone that works there, Ameen.
I was never disappointed with this shop. Fantastic Islamic shop with a huge collection of books to everything you need.
