I always was big fun of Furla but I always shopped in Rome Italy and when lived there as well : and never in London. I do not know or furla start to be not very inventive or it is simple not big store in London I did not buy bag which I was hoped I would find there…
I shopped a few months back at the store . The only sales person who was kind attentive and helpful was Kumkum.she is a wonderful human and the only one interested in getting the customer what they want.She went out of the way to get us what we wanted.very friendly and warm.she can run the store on her own. The rest of the staff needs to trained and taught basic manners.
last sunday i went to your shop at 4pm, 2 of your staff were standing there and refuse to service me. i felt they were looking down on me and make me feel uncomfortable. The customer arrive after me was greeted with smile and i couldn’t understand. it was very disappointed and i will never return to this store again.
Stopped by and enquired about a bag a few weeks ago. They did not have the colour I was after in store and I was told I could leave my details and that someone would call me back to let me know if it was possible to ship the product in store. No one ever got in touch! I ended up buying the bag from another store... Very poor experience...
Such lovely staff. Really attentive. The shop is well kept and well lit so you can really see the bags and the details. I would definitely be happy to browse in there rather than online.
RACIST SHOP!!! AVOID!!! I would avoid this shop like a plague. A good example of RACIAL PROFILING!!! You get followed around like a thief by the Chinese customer service woman. Wish I had a hidden camera, would have posted the encounter and exposed them on YouTube. An embarrassment for such a good Italian brand to have people like this work for them who treat their customers in a disgraceful manner!
This is probably hands-down the best Furla boutique I have visited. Kumkum helped me make my selection. She was very friendly, patient, thorough & professional; provided great recommendations.

Good quality , nice things but just too expensive , online prices and shop prices are different. They have good customer service though. Try to have more designs though
I wanted to buy a gift card for my friend who lives in Dublin, Ireland but unfortunately Furla only sell cards valid in the UK. Although they have shops in Ireland. A bit disappointed as I had to give my friend cash instead.
