I hate that others have had such a bad experience but mine was totally the opposite. I visited on a Wednesday afternoon around 3ish and waited in line for approximately 15min…Yes, there is a gentleman at the door ensuring that each customer/group is matched with a personal shopper. Once you enter you can not take photos nor record as you will be watched and told. Also, you will not be able to browse around the store it’s pretty small but nice in a posh vintage type of way. This could be why so many folks aren’t happy with their experience because you really need to know what you want and a little knowledge about the product hopefully this is the case if you’re spending $$$ on a bag. It is important to know that you may get there and your specific size or color is not in stock. I went in with an Option A and B plus a back up….I ended up with the back up and something additional! Do not say you would like browse first upon entering during peak period. You’ll struggle to have anyone attend to you later on, as every staff will be super busy. And do your research in advance and go in knowing what you want. The whole experience that I had was super stressful. The staff that attended me looked impatient and just wanted me to choose and leave. Visited on a Monday at 4pm. Queued for a good 40-min.
More than 2 hours wait in the rain!! Why don’t they use SMS queuing system?? I’m only giving one more star because I didn’t have to ask for the plastic bags..
The line here is pretty crazy so be sure to arrive early. Tried three different days to get in but no movement. On the last day I arrived 30m before open and there was on 5 people in line so got in swiftly. Once inside the service is what you'd expect from a high-end retailer though it was kind of a "what do you want" quick experience versus really exploring the options.
It took me an hour to get it, a lot of items aren’t there, but truth be told the customer service isn’t bad. It’s just the capacity is not enough they need more staff and the lady manger is not friendly at all, a bit aggressive.
Got my first Goyard bag from this store. Have to wait in line for about 15-20 minutes as the store has limited space. I already know what bag I like so it was a very quick transaction. The SA that assisted me was quite helpful. Selection may be quite limited so I highly recommend to have a list of the bag/s you would like to get before going in.
Got to go and queue around 9.30 to avoid sticking in long queue. Do your homework and decide what to buy before going, save everyone lots of time.
I went to the store, the employee met me with pleasure and joy, despite the large number of customers, and she brought me the bags I wanted, and she gave me the best options, she is very wonderful Ardiana is the best
Terrible customer service. If they only understood, if they provided a nicer experience they would make more money than they already do. I called to ask about a bag and they refused to tell me if they had the bag or the price.. completely turned me off wanting to buy one of their products.
Avoid this branch at all costs !!! We waited in queue for over an hour. The minute I walked in the store the sales women was very rude kept looking at her watch hinting that we are taking too long to decide And when we ignored that she started to sigh !! btw we took less than 15 min After I made the purchase they said they would deliver it to my address in the EU as the bag needs to be sent from the factory. I thought great I’ll get it from paris , but NO they sent it from UK so when It arrived to my EU address I had to pay I whooping 25% VAT So all in all: rude staff , did not disclose the VAT thing at time of purchase and they could have sent it from the factory in paris and made my life easier
