I had the wheels blow out on my old suitcase after two long haul flights over from Australia and only realised at midnight. I had a flight out the next morning to the Azores where I searched and there were no luggage stores on the island. Found this 24hr luggage place at midnight and to my disbelief, by 12:30 o had talked and WhatsApped through my problem, found an appropriate solution for a reasonable price and had it couriered over in a Bolt car by 1230, to receive it one hour later. Exceptional service. I could hardly believe this was true. Even my hotel reception was shocked that it was genuinely great service!! Eleven out of ten. These folks are lifesavers. :
Those guys are life savers. I was doing late night packing for next morning flight then i realised i needed extra suitcase, it was too late to buy one since all stores were closed. contacted them and they had the suitcase delivered to my hotel in no time. The suitcase made it first flight to Qatar safely with no damage. Excellent quality.
Outstanding service! I needed a medium sized luggage at 1am in Canary Wharf for a flight 3 hours away and the delivery was done quite quickly and easily, very helpful and attentive making the experience exceptional! The product exceeded my expectations, not only had I wish I bought all my previous luggages at this store but the luggage is well-made, durable and worth every penny! 100% recommend!
Outstanding service! Our bag was damaged upon arrival to London. I searched for luggage stores near my hotel and found this. I was skeptical but gave them a call and talked about what I needed. They sent me some WhatsApp messages with pictures and details and a courier brought me a new suitcase to my hotel a few hours later. I am so impressed with this service and highly recommend! excellent service, I was looking for a new carry on luggage as my previous one had lost one of its wheels. I visited a few stores around London but the prices were ridiculously high, and the only cheap alternatives were honestly terrible. I found these guys who offered a quality product at a reasonable price, and managed to close the deal in less than an hour. amazing.
Fantastic experience with this company. My daughter’s suitcase broke. I needed a new one for a flight the next day. They delivered the suitcase to my hotel within 6 hours. She loves the suitcase. Great value. Great suitcase. Great company to deal with.
My suitcase broke in the London airport and I needed to get something as quickly and conveniently as possible. I contacted them around midnight and within the hour had my suitcase delivered to my hotel. The process was very quick and easy with information being provided over whatsapp to allow me to choose the best option for me. Would definitely recommend this service as this truly takes the hassle and stress out of luggage shopping, especially in unexpected circumstances.
The options were limited but delivery was prompt within 90 minutes and the owner was very nice to talk to. There is no place one can visit at the mentioned address, however you can call the owner and they will send you options and you can choose from them. Once you have chosen, you need to pay online and then the suitcase gets delivered. Delivery charges are reasonable.
I needed medium sized luggage the night before traveling and they did not disappoint. Got the luggage within 90 minutes, very good service and very transparent. Would recommend 100%.
Needed an extra bag for souvenirs and reached out via WhatsApp. They gave plenty of options and delivered the luggage selected to my hotel and sent a picture of the luggage delivered at the concierge. Very reasonable prices and delivery fee
