I was in town for a family vacation a couple months ago, and brought one of my bags to see if they were able to fix the handle that was damaged in transit. In about 20 minutes, my bag was good as new! The gentlemen working were extremely friendly and attentive, and charged a fair price. For reference, I have a newer smart bag they had seen for the first time, but they were able to fix it no problem. They were also interested in having that bag in their stores so you can tell they're intentional about their research and products they sell. Very pleased with the service here. Definitely the place to go!
These guys were great. We took our suitcases with broken wheels to them unannounced. 2 hours later, they had repaired them perfectly, and at a very good price too. They were very professional and friendly as well. We cannot thank them enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
So sad to know that you're not able to run the store. I went to visit you with my broken luggage case during a short layover in London last year. You fixed it quickly and charged me a fair price so I could travel smoothly to my school in the USA. Many thanks for doing that and my support is always with you.
Had them replace my Samsonite wheel before and recently brought my Tumi back pack to fix the zipper. They understand customer's concern and are willing to fine tune the job at a reduced price. In the end great customer services. Interesting collection of luggage at good value as well.
Took my really battered and broken x 3 12 year old Rimowa suitcases into Alba Luggage and I have just got them back and they are like new!! Amazing service, I am so impressed. They fixed everything super fast and gave me a really good deal on the price for all 3 cases. Alba Luggage are by far the best luggage repair company in London. Thank you!!
Called them up - they told me they'd need to see a picture before they'd know if they can fix it - I emailed this immediately to them. They never responded. I called them and they then said yes, they could fix it. I courier them the luggage at my own expense as I was in a hurry. Never heard back. Called them up the next day - they said yes they'd fix it by Wednesday. Call on Wednesday a few days later. Job not even entered in their "system" as they say they had now encountered a problem finding the wheel in question to fix my luggage. Never bothered to tell me. Now I have no time to find a new piece of luggage prior to my trip. Don't recommend. Terrible service and absolutely no apologies or care that they caused inconvenience!
Great service from the team st Alba Luggage, very friendly, went above and beyond to repair the zip on our Samsonite. We had trouble getting this zip fixed in multiple other repair stores but it was no problem here and they repaired it immediately. I would most def recommend this as a repair service.
I cannot thank these guys enough! They are very attentive and helpful to their customer's. I had a long issue with the Samsonite lock on the suitcase, and they had resolved the issue in few minutes! Highly recommended!
Sent my Samsonite suitcase for a wheel replacement after the driver of my rented car accidentally dropped a heavy bag on the wheel and breaking it. They quoted a very reasonable price especially since another shop quoted almost 3x more and fixed it while I had a coffee and sandwich at a Pret nearby. It took them less than half an hour. Would definitely recommend
Regret I never managed to get past the first stage. Very rude and abrupt. Am sure they do good quality work but I don’t expect such condescending treatment.
