I've ordered here a few times now and their food is really good, best Chinese in Colindale so far! Lots of flavour, fresh meat and vegetables and always comes hot
What happened to this place? I've used them for years as the food was really good they were easily my favourite Chinese takeaway, but over the past year or so the food has become an extremely greasy mess and more often than not I'm really not well afterwards. It's happened so much that I sincerely doubt it's a coincidence, and, despite hoping it'd return to its former quality, things keep deteriorating. Did they change chef or ownership? It's such a shame.
Have been a customer for over 15 years and the food USED to be good, however it has DRASTICALLY gone downhill, the food I ordered had no flavour salt and chilli chicken not hard really, and Kung po chicken. Egg fried rice was stale, bouncy cardboard tasting. The rude female who works there, with short hair and glasses told me she has no time for my complaint and hung up. I will NEVER order from them again. Lost a loyal customer today.
Absolutely amazing. Authentic food not your typical sugar and food colouring filled food made for the uk palette. Lovely customer service to top it off.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE PLACE! WORST CHINESE FOOD IN NORTH WEST LONDON.The customer service is so poor , I tried to ask for a refund and the lady carried on in such a way. I have thrown up due to their horrible food. Please do not go there.
Placed an order, the food arrived in 5mins of the order. Chicken was stale and clearly microwaved. Contacted them to ask why this was the case. They told me "its fresh and no one has complained today". I have never seen a Chinese restaurant turnaround an order in less than 5mins and claim it be fresh - till Ze We Ton. Be careful when ordering.
Francis decided to be rude and shout over the phone at me and tell me they won't deliver to my address ever again, because the UBER drivers messed up my delivery, but yet she wanted to give me aggro, attitude, talk over me when I was just trying to explain. From what other reviews I'm seeing now, she does this to A LOT of customers. Staff should never project onto the customer. and I have never ordered from them before and i certainly won't recommend them if u want a pleasant service. I spent a lot of money but was treated in such a rude way. Well done Francis.Clap for yourself, youre really making a good name for your restaurant.
They normally deliver earlier than expected and the food's always good and actually crispy when mentioned. They're my go-to Chinese place
Placed an order for collection by mistake and called to get it delivered, little did I know I was about to be attacked by the the rude person that picked up the phone. She said she won't deliver and she will blacklist me because its not the first time I have done this clearly she got me mixed up with someone else. Meanwhile my wife called earlier to order and this rude lady kept insisting that my wife should give her the building name after giving her the address,which there isn't a buiding namenot sure why she was insisting because we order food from there all the time. She then hanged up the phone. You do not need to blacklist me because I won't be ordering anything from there again and I will make sure everyone I know do the same thing.
