Me and my family were almost poisoned! ordered on the day they reopened was sent rice and noodles with sour off chicken the food smelt disgusting absolutely shocking! a replacement was sent however the rice was soggy we were completely put off i am never ordering from here again very disappointed as I have Been ordering from here for years
Customer service hmmmm kinda rude tone bare in mind Cash Only if purchasing in store other than that. Forget the service now let's talk about the food got myself sweet and sour soup which is fanatic, the sour chicken balls are great ordered couple of times on Uber Eats but I went into store is a different story. Food good customer service questionable.
By far the best Chinese takeaway in the area. I’ve been ordering from Chasing Dragon for as long as I can remember and they’ve never failed to please! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Customer service from woman with green hair was awful only way to describe as do not know her name, ordered a meal deal and starter spent £40 went home to enjoy and everything was so bland and taste the same. Didnt eat really any of it and gave to the dog and even she turned her nose up. Would not recommend ever to eat there waste of money

Actual rating is 3.5 stars. Portion is good but nothing stands out except for packaging and fast service. To be on the safe side I ordered boiled rice and to be fair I didn't enjoy the rice, its too dry which means not enough water or rice having been left to steam for longer than necessary. Taste overall was fine but not amazing. I did receive free prawn crackers with order which was a positive. Owner cares about presentation but would suggest a bit more attention was given to food.

I don't know, whether I ordered the wrong food. But chicken wings were definitely old and had the colour to match. I believe to cover this fact they are covered with thick flour covering. I spent £29. Dry rice, but because I was hungry I had to eat this like punishment a fact I stated to my wife. My wife stated, very bad and dry and tasteless. I will definitely never order from this place. I thought by now business must be aware of results of bad service. The prawns, though dry, did have a very good size and taste. I wanted to call them back, but in my experience bad restaurants can't see or agree to their bad service. I have worked In a famous Chicken Restaurant as a griller and a manager for a number of years and I know old chicken by look, texture, taste and level of moisture in it. Be careful if you buy any chicken close to the restaurants opening hours... just a tip. You are normally served with old chicken first.
left me waiting an hour and a half then cancelled my order. i live 5 minutes away
