Love everything about this restaurant. The service is first class. Staff make you feel very special on every visit. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is also superb. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience. Would certainly recommend to anyone. Parking: Parking is in the grounds of the restaurant.
Best Indian restaurant in Sunderland. Yuvraaj is a well oiled machine. A power house of Indian cuisine with great service. Usually book for lads get together, around 15 of us but also visit with family. Service is constant from Moni and the team and their approach is spot on - always checking if everyone is OK. These guys&girls are expert level, but not trying too hard like a lot of restaurants. Waiters are personal and friendly, they can’t do enough and constantly replacing drinks and bringing out food. Haven’t met the kitchen staff yet but all can have a virtual hand shake from me. Food has always been served piping hot, clean and full of flavour. Cannot whack cold beers and a curry get together! Keep up good work guys - thanks and see you soon.
Came here with work friends, as we waited for our table we witnessed the owner berating a staff member which made us all uncomfortable. We were shown to our table where we could still hear him shouting at the young lady and reducing her to tears! We got up and left instead of dining here, we checked on the waitress and she was okay but the owner was like a different person with customers as he is with his staff. Not a nice man and it’s a shame as the food looked good
We had a large family meal last night at Yuvraaj, 19 of us, for my son's birthday and everything was perfect. The food was superb and the staff were attentive and efficient as always. Thank you Moni for arranging it all for us.

Utterly brilliant from start to finish. The food, and service was outstanding for our table of 8. Were indian connoisseurs and eat out regularly. This was of an incredible high standard. Even the cutelry and crockery , seemed top notch. The waiters were lovely, welcoming and friendly from start to finish and even gave my bf a complimentary whisky for his birthday as theyd noticed this was the drink hed allready ordered.bonus was Car parking was on site too. We'll deffo be back x

Went for a meal on my sons birthday and food was really nice the best naan breads we have tried and been back a few times again for our weekend takeaways. An item was missing for our first takeaway and they replaced the item as well as giving us a free drink and extra poppadoms as an apology which was appreciated. Never had a bad meal and the staff are very accommodating and friendly nothing too much trouble. Recommend to everyone
