Usually if you have the booked time, everything going fast. After unloading the paperwork will be ready soon.nIf you have to wait because coming earlier there is a parking place, where you have to wait for the booking time.
Poor communication with everyone. Turned up on time with correct reference number. Go to GP3....no GP2... no back to GP3. 2hrs 45 mins later loading starts. Office full of people fooling around whilst lorry drivers wait to be allocated bays or collect receipt paperwork are ignored. I really don't know how this place survives. Avoid if you are able to do so.
Always quick and polite here, Never had a problem in all my time collecting done in 30 to 50 mins max brilliant place!!
Very friendly polish People in the driver reception. People in the gatehouse are useless and arrogant. Never say please or thanks. It's a nightmare to deal with them. Whish to get out the lorry and slap one of them!nnAdvice : put someone there who speaks English.
They don't show you where to go or even buy lunch and they have bunch of rude staffs
