We took our sons and their friends here last weekend for a game and food. When we arrived we were the only ones and did wait a while until someone came over. It turned out that there was just one lady running between Laser tag and Zoomania so we should expect some delays in our session starting and serving. Despite the fact they were seriously short staffed she did her best to help us and serve drinks, thank you! A young guy who ran their session was absolutely amazing. He made sure the kids and dads had a great time and sorted all their food and drinks orders. He worked so incredibly hard and our sons and friends loved it. A big thank you to both these team members for working so hard even though they were visibly up against it, it didn’t go unnoticed. Side note, the place could do with some TLC but we will be back!
We visited here at the weekend as it was for my sons birthday treat and we had pre booked.nOur party consisted of seven children and two adults.nWe had paid for three games.nAfter the safety briefing was done we proceeded to play.nAs we were the only group in there it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience.nMy only gripe was after each game you had to go back outside into the main foyer to check who had got the best scores.nIf the monitors could be moved into the ready room it would be more convenient for all.
The kids & I decided to have a game of laser tag & we had alot of fun, just the 3 of us in the arena & we had a blast. The staff are really friendly & very helpful. Plenty of parking too.
Absolutely fantastic!!! Booked a party here for 10. The young lad hosting was brilliant, I didn't have to lift a finger. He kept me informed of what was going on. He delayed the party for us for 10 minutes whilst we waited for the last guest, we overran by 20 minutes and he didn't rush anyone, he catered for a guest who we found out last minute had dietary requirements. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommend!!
It was a excellent party and the staff where brilliant. Andy was the main staff member to deal with and he did a fantastic job. I little bit late sometimes, but was only about 5 minutes. All in all, great job. Everyone enjoyed the time here.
