Just had my first pizza, since shop changed over and my first delivery from them ever. I was impressed that they were selling pizza and delivering on a Monday. The food was delivered in 30 minutes as promised and was delicious, I'm impressed with it all
I'm writing this about The Crickhowell Takeaway and not Yummy Kitchen. I say this because it recently changed hands, unfortunately. We ordered online from them tonight and the food was atrocious. Chips that have been kept warm from lunchtime today I expect - dark brown and as hard as nails. Cheese and onion pasty was greasy. Onion rings were tasteless and soggy and the worst curry sauce I've ever had! It was actually bitter to taste. Won't be going back and that's the only chippy for 6 miles around here.
Staff were friendly, and the food was spot on. It's one of the best fish and chips I've had in a long while.
Had a really large cod and chips was the best fish I've eaten in years. Great batter not greasy and very tasty. I recommend everyone try this establishment you won't be disappointed.
Very busy and it took nearly 30 mins to be served.nTo be fair, the staff were trying very hard inspite technical issues and there were new staff on shift too.nOnce we got it, the food was actually really nice. Lovely fat chips, cooked just how I like them, and the pie was scrumptious.nSorry for the low raring, but our experience wasn't the best.nMaybe a better rating next time we visit
