I couldn’t recommend Your Wedding Shop more, all of the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you, particularly want to give a huge shout out to Gill. She was amazing during all my visits to the shop, and made me feel so comfortable sharing my first fitting. I wasn’t sure if I would ever find “the” dress, and was so nervous but she put me at total ease, let me and all my bridesmaids browse the dresses at our own pace and was so positive and encouraging when trying them on. The dress I ended up going for was actually Gills wild card, she knew what I wanted more than I did! All round amazing service and amazing dress! Shout out to Jenny the seamstress as well who worked wonders on the dress to make it perfect!

My review is a bit delayed, I got my dress is Feb and got married this week! I cannot thank the guys enough, especially Gill! I had a couple of rough experiences and thought I was never going to find the dress, especially with only a few months to go. Gill listened to the parts I liked about dresses and what I didn't and we found THE dress. I got so many compliments on my dress on my wedding day too! I was made to feel so comfortable and Gill was like talking to a friend. Thank you so so much, I recommend and have been recommending your wedding shop to everyone I know getting married

I truly cannot recommend YWS highly enough! My partner and I decided to plan a wedding in 8 weeks due to some unfortunate news about my father in law, and I was SO apprehensive about finding ‘the one’ in just a day. But my goodness these ladies understood the assignment! And did it so effortlessly! In the end I went for one picked out by Shellise and I’m so glad I did. Thank you to Gill who had a solution for any problem I had and just looked after me like I was one of her own. A wonderful experience from start to finish, under such tough circumstances. Thank you Gill, Shellise and Rachel!

After attending another wedding dress shop i thought that i would never feel like a bride or find a dress that suits me. However i booked an appointment at Your wedding shop from a recommendation from a friend and i'm so glad i did. From the moment i walked in the 'real' experience started. Gill helped me pick dresses that she thinks would suit my shape, she was so lovely and could tell she knew exactly what she was on about. We found the perfect dress within the first hour. I felt amazing and like a real princess. I got married on the 24th February 2023 and so many people said how stunning the dress was, the quality and detailing in the dress was beautiful. I had many people in tears when i walked down the isle. I would definitely recommend any bride looking for that perfect dress for there big day to book an appointment at Your wedding store. A special thank you to Gill for making me feel so special.

Amazing choice of dresses and the staff are so friendly! The dress I ended up choosing had a small mark on it and the store contributed to the dry cleaning and also offered to steam and press the dress before the big day.  The dress I ended up choosing was so stunning and unique, the dress in the photos is as is - people thought id added the trim details myself!  I had so many compliments and my Bridesmaids couldn't believe it only cost £700!  The dresses are only available in 1 size but can be altered I think within 2 sizes?! But they are clearly marked so there is no chance of you putting on a dress that couldn't work for you.  Would definitely recommend visiting here and seeing if anything takes your fancy! I could not recommend Your Wedding Shop enough! I went in on a chance, half an hour before they were closing as i had a disaster with my wedding dress 6 weeks before my wedding and had to find another on a tight budget! they were extremely friendly and even stayed open later than usual on a Saturday to help me find a dress. They were so accommodating and helped me find a dress that I felt like a princess in. Not only that, but they have in house seamstresses who turned around my dress so quickly and made it absolutely perfect.  If you're looking for a wedding dress I would highly recommend these guys, super friendly and helpful and you don't have to break the bank to find your perfect dress! Thanks again guys, you were amazing and made my day perfect xx

Absolutely fabulous!!! Came here with my mom, sister and niece a couple of months ago and found my dress. Today I came back with my mom and said Yes to the dress!!! Love Lucy and Gill, couldn’t have friendlier people to have the experience with. Lucy was the person that I first saw when I came to the shop, it was my first bridal shopping experience and she made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what worked for me and helped me pick something I never thought I would love. Coming back to the shop and seeing Lucy again only enhanced my experience and made my decisions a whole lot less stressful. Would recommend to everyone that wants to get married, Your Wedding Shop staff are so welcoming and supportive in all your moments, they honestly make your bridal experiences so easy and special. I was extremely nervous about the whole process of choosing my wedding dress, the thought of being dressed by someone and then being on display for my closest friends and family to help me choose was stifling.  However, Gill was extremely professional, kind and put me at ease. I actually ended up finding my dream dress and enjoying the process.  Thank you Gill, I couldn’t have done it without you.  Also thank you to my mom, aunt and best friends Liss and Jade for making the experience so special.
