It was not my first time to be at Poze. I am a regular customer. I went there last Saturday to buy a necklace set and bangles  and staff at Ladypool road is very amiable and they help me a lot to select the right combination especially Fozia and Sabeela. I am satisfied with their customer service .

Poze shop is my favourite. I did all my shopping from ladypool road, the best place to get bags shoes and jewellery. I appreciate customer service. Staff is very helpful. Specially fozia and shahida the so much friendly. I recommend you all go to visit poze.

I have been coming to Poze for many years now they have always been helpful  how ever, this time round I was so disappointed and upset with the way I and my mother got treated. “Fozia” has shown unprofessional mannerism towards me and my mother. My mum wanted to look at a few sets before purchasing and that became a big problem for Fozia to show us, a worker there dropped a set by accident and she started on my mum and had gotten very rude towards her which led me to leave the shop with my mum. Please for the management, before you give someone a job make sure they speak with respect and not throw tantrums around for some thing the workers have done wrong.

Usually I go to poze on ladypool road, the best place to get beautiful bags jewellery and shoes. I appreciate customer service. staff is very helpful. I recommend you all to visit poze.

I just want to say I really appreciate the fact that I messaged poze_official on instagram & asked for a specific size - by the time I got there - the shoes were already put in the back with my name on it - I really appreciated the brilliant customer service : Love the shoes also - brill quality

My non-stop wedding and party accessory shop. I’ve been shopping at poze for years and always find a match for jewellery, shoes, bags and bangles. Great customer service and great quality

I have shopped here for a long time and had no problems, however for my wedding day I bought a bridal clutch from here and they refused to exchange it for me due to hygienic reasons as it did not match my wedding outfit. However, they were able to exchange shoes which are surely more unhygienic. None of the store staff said at the time that we wouldnt be able to exchange. Very disappointed! They have ruined my big day for me I now have to go out and buy another bridal clutch. They deserve 0 star! Needless to say I will not be shopping here again!

Love their clutches and heels, some heels are very unique designs. In love with the shop! Prices were decent aswell, bought my wedding clutch and heels from here so happy as I was following them on Instagram for a while and travelled out of town to go to poze! :

Always come to this one and the workers here are amazing and friendly too! Thank you for the service! Needed last minute heels because my other ones which matched my outfit broke and i came here. Not knowing it was a sale for heels for £10!! Cant believe the bargain i got!
