we highly recommend Your Move, Oswestry should you be buying or selling a property or for rental properties. We asked them to find tenants for us for our rental properties as we had sold our house through them many years ago and that was such a good experience. Everyone we dealt with in the office was so helpful, friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Their communication both by phone and email was first class and they always got back to us with any queries. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars.
A massive thank you to everyone at your move for helping us move house, handling both our sale & purchase of our new lovely home. From the very beginning when Steve came to value our property and putting our concerns about moving at ease to the amazing Rebekah who handled absolutely everything for us. Rebekah went above and beyond to help us make it all happen, regularly checking in to just see how we were doing, contacting whoever she needed to to help us complete the sale. Nothing was too much trouble for Rebekah, she was lovely & friendly and we couldn’t have done it without her! If you want good old fashioned personal service, if you want to speak to someone who knows who you are, why you're phoning, knows the history without having to explain it all again, Your Move are the ones for you. Kind, friendly, professional, efficient, a pleasure to speak to and great people to have on your side. They helped me sell my house, it was a complicated transaction, but they made it easy. Thank you to Debbie, Steve, Becky and Jack and anyone whose names I don't know.
I recently sold a property and arranged a new one through Your Move in Oswestry, the team were absolutely amazing! They kept me updated throughout the process and dealt with and issues brilliantly. Rebekah who was handling our house sale went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible.
In the the spring of last year, we took the decision to sell our house in Arddleen and my elderly fathers home in Oswestry in order to move closer to family in Somerset. We used a local estate agent for both properties, however, despite a sale falling through on our property, we had no viewings at all on my dads house. We were very frustrated and this was not helped at all by the attitude of the staff at the agent who shall remain nameless. The process started in March and by July we still hadn’t had any success. We then contacted Your Move and Steve came to both properties and put them on the market for us. Within the first week, we had accepted an offer on Arddleen and had several viewings booked for the house in Oswestry. The staff at Your Move were amazing, nothing was to much trouble and both sales went through without any problems at all. We were kept informed every step of the way and we moved into our new property in early October. With hindsight, I wish we had used Your Move from the beginning as this would have saved us a lot of frustration and upset. I would totally recommend Your Move to anyone looking to move house, patient, helpful staff who always return your calls and chase up any problems which you might have.
What an estate agency should be. Very occasionally you come across someone who is brilliant at their profession, Debbie is that person. Debbie held the sale together, supported and streered everyone in the chain. No words can say how hard she worked and how much we appreciated everything she did. Over and beyond all expectations.
One of the best estate agents around in Oswestry and lovely, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! Spacious and lovely decorated shop and would recommend this estate agents without any doubt ... Well done to you all at Your Move in Oswestry!
