Halls have been managing a family owned rental property for a number of years now. My dealings have been mostly with Shirley who has been excellent throughout. She never fails to reply to queries, deal with issues, return calls, all with great efficiency. If you're looking to rent out a property I suggest you give her a call.

In particular, Hayley Jackson, who was our main contact at Halls was excellent. She was there for us every step of the way. We looked hard at 3 estate agents to let our rental property. We chose Halls and they have been superb throughout the whole process, from start to finish. Hayley manages the Lettings team, but all at Halls in Oswestry, including Dan, Fiona and Steven have really been great. They have had a terrific speed of response to all aspects of the process, which has enabled us to let the property out very quickly indeed. Everything has been very thorough too, ensuring a great experience for us as landlords, and hopefully the tenant too. Would highly recommend.
I have used Halls for residential & commercial lets. I can honestly say that they are truly efficient, thorough and professional. Most importantly they are extremely good at communicating with clients - I have never had to chase, in fact they are more likely to chase me up - which is what you need. Highly recommend.

It's a Estate agents. Very clean and tidy inside, well organised, good display of property's in the window and the staff are very polite and helpfull. No parking here , but there is an Iceland car park over the road for £1 an hour.
