I will never be able to praise Duncan and all the team at Balfours enough for the excellent service they provided in selling my property.  From the outset they were prompt, informative, efficient and effective.  The marketing brochure they produced for my home was of outstanding quality. Duncan's considerable expertise was invaluable.  His constant support, guidance and proactive approach meant the whole process was far less stressful for me than I thought possible.  I would heartily recommend Balfours to any discerning person requiring a first class service.

Balfours (Duncan) handled our recent purchase in the most professional yet friendly manner.  Duncan was straightforward and very responsive in his dealings with us, and thanks to his considerable experience, the purchase was negotiated to our complete satisfaction with a minimum of stress and drama. In fact, our experience with Balfours has overturned all our previous (mostly negative) experiences of dealing with estate agents, and without doubt we would use them if/when we have a property to sell.

Balfours were the agents for a property we were buying and we cannot recommmend them enough. Scott Kemsley was so efficient in helping to iron out difficulties and always returned our calls, even late into the evening on occasion. The purchase would have dragged on a lot longer without his help and, once we had moved in, Balfours sent us a gift voucher. We only wish other estate agents were of the same standard. Thank you Balfours.
