Recently sold our property with Richmond Harvey and we have experienced professional service throughout. Jo and the team have gone out of their way to be reassuring and helpful through the whole thing! We were at the property for 22 years and things have changed dramatically since we last sold. Even now, over a month later, Jo is still handling mail that is arriving at the old property. We would highly recommend Richmond Harvey if you want a personal and professional service!!!! Well done to you all!!!!!
Richmond Harvey were an easy choice for us, after meeting with several estate agents they were the only ones that were really enthusiastic about our lovingly refurbished Victorian property, they also seemed to have a better grasp on the local market and how our property should have been priced. Not only that but they managed to sell our property in less than a fortnight for a price that another agent called 'unrealistic', that combined with their reasonable service charge meant that we came out of the sale of our property thousands of pounds richer than if we'd have gone anywhere else. Thank you Richmond Harvey!
I cant thank the team enough! We were flood victims and although supposedly rehomed by our insurance company it was the guys n gals of Richmond Harvey who did all the work! They moved mountains to get through red tape and get us out of our very doggy home and into an excellent rental. Have to put a special mention on for Karen. She was EPIC! answering calls and emails even while on annual leave, what a legend. So while we have only been on the "client renting" side of a transaction, I would have no doubt in recommending them for any and all things related to house moving! thanks again Karen!
We have always found Richmond Harvey to be friendly and efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble when we email or ring. They all work well together as a team - Jo, Chris and Hannah. Highly recommend them from renting, selling and buying. Keep up the excellent work!
When we decided to sell our property we had 3 estate agents come to value and were most impressed with the gentleman from Richmond Harvey, what a wise choice, from beginning to end, everything went like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble for the entire staff, who were always polite and helpful, particularly with two oldies. We felt that we were being cared for by friends, needless to say with the service we received would have no hesitation in highly recommending them after a satisfactory conclusion, job done!!!
My first contact with Richmond Harvey, which was by telephone, was very friendly and accomodating as I gave very short notice concerning my visit to the UK to visit an apartment. A slot was found very quickly and in function of my prior appointments. Even though I was 2 hours late for the meeting with Joanne, her colleague Chris waited for me and took me to visit the apartment. I made an offer which was accepted and when the solicitors encountered difficult issues Richmond Harvey intervened and resolved the problems, always with good humour. I was continually kept updated and it was a true pleasure to work with Richmond Harvey. I recommend Richmond Harvey without hesitation and with great pleasure. My sincere thanks to all the team...I have found my dream home due to all your efforts.
Always bent over backwards to help us with both our sale and then arranging a house for us to let in just 48 hours. Very efficient, enthusiastic and willing to think outside the box. Richmond Harvey valued our property at a much higher value than other agents and managed to sell it in good time too. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we would highly recommend them as both estate agents and letting agents. Thank very much to the whole team.
