As a landlord I cannot fault Strutt and Parker for their attention to detail, quick responses and professionalism. My contact is mainly with Paula who shows a care for both myself and my tenants and I appreciate all her efforts . I know that my interests and those of my tenants are being best served by this company.

Very poor. Very slow . Do little to support or even keep you informed. Like to wield power over tenants . And all said and done not even one star is earned . Be warned .... Go elsewhere as their sloppy and hierarchy of snobbery will not do you any favors

Landlords/Tenants AVOID! Contacted these peoeple about 8 times with for just a general viewing of a rental property, eventually got a viewing, liked the place and contacted them another 4 times via phone and email with no contact back at all, completely unprofessional. They are understaffed, it seems they have 2 people who work in the lettings and both are only in the office half a day at most, never mind the lack of professionalism if you do manage to get hold of the lettings team. I would not like to imagine if you were to have a problem with your rental property or an urgent matter that needed attending to. This estate agent is nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing with a nice logo and branding but completely unprofessional beyond that, would not recommend.
