From start to finish, Sean made the whole process smooth and easy.. The trade in value was competitive and the purchase of our new car was completed so quickly and efficiently. I've had an amazing dealership experience. You can tell these guys not only know and appreciate great vehicles, but also care for the customer's needs. Excellent communication, proactive attitude, and despite sales processes being fairly manual with digitised documentation, online signatures, etc, their attitude and thoroughness, as well as thoughtfulness more than make up for it. I was not only offered a great deal on an exact car I wanted, but they've made sure I was entirely happy with my purchase, even though I've not driven the car being based 150 miles away doesn't help with that!. I'm looking forward to deal with you guys again in the future.
A truly first class service from initial enquiry to delivery. Josh and the team went out of their way to ensure I knew everything about the car, both good and critical. Recently bought a car with Your Best Car and the entire service from start to finish was faultless. I have never seen purchasing a new car made so simple! We contacted the guys at YBC regarding a car we’d seen on auto trader and within 6 days we were driving our new lovely Q5 which was delivered to our door. Everyone I dealt with at YBC were great, super helpful and lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again - far better than other experiences I’ve had with any other dealerships, including Audi’s own. Buying a car is the 2nd biggest purchase next to buying a house... After a pain staking trawl through the internet I was glad to have found "Your Best Car". I had owned my last car Mazda RX8 for just over 10 years and I was very reluctant to get a new car. Upon finding a perfect replacement after being overwhelmed with choice online. I wanted to use my existing car and my wife's car as a part exchange to get the one I so desired. Sitting with my family we made the choice and set it in stone. We made the call to "Your Best Car" and spoke with a charming young man Sean Kennedy who very expertly told me the ins and outs of how we would be able to arrange the car I had my heart set on, Sean had explained to me that he could deliver and take my car's away without any problems. We had ourselves a good deal and the following Friday I was a proud owner of my new car delivered and ready to go. Without Sean's help I probably would have still been in my old car or even driving something I wouldn't have wanted. I can wholeheartedly say that I can recommend "Your Best Car" to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Thank you Sean Kennedy.
Sean and Josh could not do enough to help my part exchange go any smoother. I purchased a Jaguar F- Pace Sport called to enquire on a Friday collected it Monday. Got a really good part exchange on my Mercedes’ much better than the main dealer. I would not hesitate to recommend Your Best Car as the process had no pressure to buy. In less than 24 hours from a Sunday night, a lot of information was sent about a car I wanted to purchase and the deal was done. Very efficient and honest throughout the process. Unlike other car dealers I contacted. Recommended.
Sold a Audi A5 through Motorway, and "Your Best Car" was the winning bidder. Excellent service, called within 30 mins of auction ending and collected the following day. Would strongly recommend!
