Took my Boxster there last year and found that it needed a few thousand pounds worth of work to be carried out. I went to pick it up after paying out and noticed that it was not ticking over smoothly. It was as if it was missing slightly. The guy said that it's "normal" for it to run like that! I pointed out that it was not and that it was ticking over perfectly before so must be something that was done to it to make it run like this. He finally agreed and put it right! 

I also had the coffin arms changed as they were making a noise and on the way out. The noise remained! By this point I had had enough and just vowed to never take my car there ever again.
