Recently bought a used Kia Xceed from the dealership at High Wycombe and the customer service I received was great. It's an ex demo with low mileage and is an automatic. I've never driven an automatic before, so was able to take it for a test drive to get a feel for it. After I purchased it they said it would be ready to collect later that week, and true to their word I picked it up when they said it'd be ready. The handover was seamless and they gave me a great demo of all the features of the car, they even threw in a complimentary car cleaning kit. They were really knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted.
Had the best experience with WLMG Kia. Hamza and the team were exceptionally accommodating and really helpful. Would happily recommend them when purchasing or servicing. Other car dealerships could learn a thing or two from their professional approach. Well deserving of the five stars.
I was gonna give four stars as the process for getting a car took a tad longer than my previous purchases. But I can't. They were getting the car prepped for me as it had only just come in. Plus Humza was superb, really helpful and went out of his way to help. Only had the car a few hours but I'm happy with it, I hope it continues and I don't have to amend this review.
Not sure if they wanted sell me a car or not. Put no effort into talking me through the vehicle features. The car I was interested in was priced at over £23,000 was not clean or well presented. They made me the lowest offer for my car than any of the 6 other dealers I visited. And there parting shot to me was that there derisory offer for my car "would reduce day by day...'. I won't be going back.
Had a test drive booked. Turned up promptly with my son who had driven 2.5 hours to get there for his test drive, checked in with the receptionist who let the salesperson know we had arrived. He was busy with another couple so we waited. After 20 minutes they left so did the salesman and the receptionist. We waited a further 20 minutes with no-one around and decided after 40 minutes they were having a laugh. So we left and took out £30,000 budget with us. Their loss. Another Kia dealership will get the business.
I received excellent service from WLMG. Prior to my purchase, I visited several garages and many of them could learn a lot about customer service from WLMG. My whole car buying experience was a positive one. I cannot fault them.
Very unprofessional staff ,wasting customers time and fuel. AVOID this Kia franchise. Calling in the morning to see a car Kia Sorento with the think to buy the sale man was undecided to give me a appointment at 3pm or 3:30 pm . We than agree the booking to be at 3:30. I started my journey to them when i received a phone call at 2:55 saying that the car been sold. Such an unprofessional staff knowing that I came from long distance and already drove halfway distance they didn't have the decency let the people know to not wast the time . AVOID
Bought my car today Thursday 29th July, a Brand New Kia Sportage. Highly recommend buying at WLMG Kia High Wycombe if you’re in the market for your new car. Superb service from start to finish. I have no words, as saying “Thank You” feels not enough. Staff made the whole experience so smooth and unforgettable. Lee is an absolute credit, incredibly helpful, very professional and always on top with everything. Mohammed, Sales Manager made my dream come true.! Helping me out with my new Sportage 2021. Worst place in the world. Bunch of money grabbing, unfriendly, unhelpful people. Car broke down and got told, stop there we can't help until October, haven't got our "master technician" in. Asked what I'm supposed to do, and was told "call other Kia places because your warranty is with them not us" They don't deserve to be in business
Far from impressed with the after care and customer service - their focus seems to be on closing the deal and moving on to the next sale.
