It was our first time using WE BUY ANY CAR and we had a wonderful time dealing with Fred, he made our evening so much better. Fred was quick and easy to speak with and he had the deal completed in 45 minutes with a few laughs at the end.
Friendly staff but was a waste of time. Probably not his fault but my car was described very accurately and still offered me 30% less than online quote. I put it on FB marketplace and sold it for alot more. Only good if your desperate or need to ofload a faulty car.
Very simple process and very nice rep Chris - all went very smoothly - however, the price was chipped way below my expectations - but then again, I didn't have to accept it but did.

The chap I dealt with was very courteous and fully explained the process and made sure that he fully answered my questions. The process seems more streamlined than when I last used WBAC
I found the process very easy, received a quote after providing damage details on the website, dropped the car off, provided Service & MOT details, then there was a quick look under the bonnet and round the car. There was one other piece of damage that I had forgotten about, which wasn't major, but knocked about £150 off the quote I'd received previously, but that was to be expected. The chap I dealt with was friendly, personable and I got on well with him. Deal agreed, money in the bank very quickly soon after same day.
