Highly recommend Active Autos and Shaun Specifically. As I lived a distance away Shaun suggested a facetime video call whereby it was thorough showing all details of the car and the condition. Upon arrival it was exactly as described and witnessed on that call. I'm very pleased with the vehicle and the service provided.
Highly recommend Shaun at Active Autos- superb sales man who is very lovely , honest and knowledgeable. Was able to show before damage but on arrival you wouldn’t even know anything had happened, car was in a great shape! He gave us a run down with everything the car had to offer then allowed us to go for an extensive test drive so we could figure things out for ourselves. He very kindly allowed us into his home and ran down the cost of everything him even missing his barbecue! He was very swift with sorting the after care before we picked it up and helped us find the best deals and warranty that fit. Honestly can’t recommend him enough , was a lovely experience- thank you!
Just bought a cracking little Ford Focus from Shaun, couldn’t be happier… previously accident damage my mechanic couldn’t tell it’d been in a bump! Really well repaired and Shaun showed the whole process in photos. Highly recommended
After 2 months of viewing and searching for cars, I came across Active Autos. What a fantastic experience. Shaun was very kind and lovely. He went through checking the car thoroughly with me and was an honest man. Went out of his way to cater for my needs. Car is a dream. It was a long drive for me but worth it. Purchased: 2007 Skoda Fabia 1.4 hatchback. Friendly courteous trader Shaun who happily opened his house to us, and accommodated a thorough test drive of the car we bought, which was, as are many of his, a repaired Cat. D. The car could be seen in before-and-after condition, as Shaun posts links in his advertisements to Youtube videos of damaged cars pre-repair. My own trade-in car developed a late fault unknown to me prior to exchange but Shaun still allowed me a fair price for it despite it being at that stage something of a pig-in-a-poke. After a long drive home in our new car, and several days' occasional driving later, I am still very pleased with my low-mileage excellent value purchase. I would without hesitation buy another car from this gentleman as he has earned my trust. He makes a good cup of tea too.
My sister highly recommended this dealership but after having bad dealings with a few before now I was a bit dubious. I rang Shaun told him how much I had to spend and what I was roughly looking for. He had a couple of cars for me to look at.Being female I’m always worried about being ripped off when it comes to cars! Well my sister definitely made the right decision buying a car from him and so did I. What a great man! Couldn’t recommend him highly enough, his after care is the best too.
