Had two large wardrobes and a large chest of drawers delivered and assembled on thurs. Great service from start to finish. Very helpful with any questions we had on choosing our products. Had a call from them to say they were going to arrive in 1 hr and did so. Two very well presented and polite guys were very quick at assembling the furniture, one drawer broke but replaced next day. All in all a fantastic service and would recommend.

ddint Call me to discuss a time to come measure have to pay £10 put front for this service and they can’t even be bothered to call you then I went in store to buy carpet for my livingroom/ 2 x bedrooms had over £1000 to spend the guy was snappy and mardy towards me I had previously seen him when his manager was about and he was very friendly and had good customer service this time while his boss wasn’t here he was just plain rude!! Lost a customer because he couldn’t even be bothered to help me find the right carpet and he laughed when I said il go elsewhere! You must not need customers feel bad for the manager not knowing what his staff are like when he’s not there!!

Very disappointed , fitting should be done on the morning as we asked for and was done 2 pm. Try to contact shop twice to get some information and they didn't answer any of my questions.Waste all day for waiting. We were first customer who book fitting that day so really unfair.

Excellent service on friday 5th of August. They had everything in stock that Iwanted and would deliver at my convenience. I would highly recommend this company. Items delivered and put up today 12 th august. No mess excellent service and a return visit booked to refit a wardrobe door slightly damaged.through no fault of theirs as it was flat pack. Items put up where i wanted them. Well done yorkshire furniture and carpet warehouse
