Beverly was amazing at handling our naughty little toddlers while we were caught up trying to decide which bed to go for. She kindly offered us a cuppa and chatted with the kids and engaged with them. She patiently showed us around and gave all the information we needed.
Enjoyed my visit to Dreams today. Beverly at Sheffield’s branch was excellent and very knowledgeable. Helped us pick our perfect bed along with the magic measuring bed! Have inspired some friends to visit too. Looking forward to our delivery and better more restful sleep sleep

Paula at queens Road Sheffield was so helpful as soon as myself and my partner walked through the door. Paula made us a lovely brew, helped us to choose the mattress that was suited to both myself and my partners needs using the sleep technology. Karen, Paula and the team at Dreams, Queens Road deserve recognition for the support and kindness, I went in to have a browse for mattresses and prices, i was greeted by Karen who went out of her way to show around and give her expert advises on available mattresses, she was so helpful and kind, so was her Team, fantastic service, I have reccommended my family and friends to the Store now and have had no need to look elsewhere after visiting the store, extremely satisfied with my purchase.
