We have recently had a new kitchen installed by 'My Father's Heart', largely as a result of a recommendation from a friend. Though the whole process took longer than we expected, as a result of factors beyond the control of this first class business, we cannot speak highly enough of 'My Father's Heart' and all the separate tradesmen servicing the business. From the outset, the attention to detail and customer care we experienced at the hands of those with whom we interacted was second to none. They were polite, efficient and extremely attentive and responsive to any queries that we had. A prime example of the high standard of customer care and attention to detail that is typical of 'My Father's Heart' occurred when, on a visit to check the work in progress, Jonathan the owner of the business noticed a minor scratch on the paintwork of the built-in dishwasher which had been made during the installation of the quartz worktop,s a scratch which I had escaped my notice. Jonathan immediately called the decorators and asked them to call round at the end of that day to repaint the door of the dishwasher. We would also like to single out for special praise the young kitchen designer, Sammy, who, in addition to designing the kitchen, project managed its installation and completion. Ours is a small kitchen in which space is at a premium, so the task of creating a design which fulfilled our requirements was no easy task. Sammy delivered the goods with aplomb, in addition to which her project management was extremely efficient. She is a credit to the HE institution at which she studied design: a stunning success story. Our experience with My Fathers Heart was seamless from start to finish. Our Clinic reception desk and cabinets designed by Sam are absolutely perfect and everything we had hoped for. Sam, Jonathan and the team are a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much to all!
I recently had a new kitchen installed by My Father's Heart. This included having a wall knocked down and the kitchen made bigger which MFH project managed for me. The initial experience surpassed my expectations - very professional, friendly staff, great ideas, attention to detail, initial design produced by Chrissi for review. I loved it, paid the deposit and on receipt I received the plans, a schedule of the work along with dates/timings. Jonathan, the owner, even popped by on the Sunday prior to re-confirm the arrangements. Work started as planned - all the tradesmen were polite and efficient and everyone turned up on time. I did have a snagging list after installation and the majority of issues were sorted quickly. I would have rated the experience 5 star but reduced this to 4 based on the fact that after such a great initial experience, the installation wasn't perfect and it took me the customer to point out some obvious issues that I would have expected to be picked up by the fitters/workmen doing the job. That was disappointing. That said, I do love my kitchen and would recommend using MFH. Thanks Chrissi for all your help and patience throughout the process.
A truly amazing experience for a kitchen refit - from overall design ideas on innovation and practicality through to the installation and completion. I can only praise the whole team for the delivery of a fabulous kitchen - special thanks to : 1. Chrissi designer, I am truly blown away with the look and general practical working of the kitchen 2. Installation team, for a superb end result attention to detail and craftsmanship is 2nd to non 3. My Fathers Heart The showroom is beautifully designed and all the staff are very friendly and helpful and know their products and services well. From the outset we spent many weekends visiting lots of kitchen showrooms but this one was very different we liked the contemporary, well designed siematic kitchen as this was very much to our tastes. The team in the showroom helped us with choosing the best products to fit our budget and were not the typical sales staff. The service was amazing as we were informed of all the different types of products that would work in the kitchen. During the design process Chrissi and Jonathan guided us through our many choices until we decided on the final design. The rendered pictures are a very close match to our new kitchen. The whole process was not without a few hiccups but to be expected in a big renovation project as we were also doing our flooring. Any issues were quickly sorted out and actually the overall kitchen was better for it, we had some delays but it didn’t really bother us as we were kept informed at all times. The schedules of all the various trade & craftsmen were perfectly executed with the lead kitchen fitter James keeping us up to date with everything and making sure that it was all done to a high standard. It was not as stressful as we thought, as we could see the effort and the quality of the work being undertaken. The kitchen fitters and associated team were all very tidy and respectful of our home. Thoroughly recommend, high quality bespoke and excellent service by everyone there. We are very happy customers and would not hesitate to use them again, and have recommended to our friends.
