So disappointed. Spent over £2000 on new sofas and footstools and they can't even be bothered to put the ezglide on the legs properly. The filling on one of the sofas sofas isn't properly full so it is sagging already. Tried contacting customer service but they aren't bothered now they have my money. I would appreciate if the manger would contact me. Update - a company came out to glue the ezglides to the feet and will be back to refill the back... 25/6/22 - Our footstool has finally arrived but when we went to unpack it the footstool is completely the wrong colour should be orange with dark legs so now we have to wait another 10 weeks.

Got to have a good look around with my partner. Sales people do tend to come up to you to ask if you need any help but typically leave you alone if you tell them you are just looking. Very decent stuff but very on the pricey side especially certain more popular styles.
Customer service said to visit the Sheffield store for issues with our online purchase as they would be able to help but the manager was extremely unhelpful and told us this is what happens when shopping online and also said we will be charged 20% of our sofa purchase upon refund even though we were provided with incorrect information about a product. This made the situation more stressful for us but we did actually get the full refund because under the consumer rights act, if any false or inaccurate information is given to a customer in relation to the sale of a product, then the consumer is entitled to a full refund which supercedes anything in their terms and conditions.The manager just generally had a bad attitude and wouldn't recommend this store.
DFS Sheffield is the service centre for DFS Darley Dale, where I bought a sofa and foot stool from last May. The sofa and foot stool arrived in Aug. The stool is so poorly made it cannot be sat on, DFS engineers advise against actually sitting on it, saying it WILL fail, even though it was sold as an extra occasional seat. My issue now is getting any response from DFS. Darley Dale and Sheffield both ignore call back requests and emails from the main DFS call centre and me personally I am now looking to take costly legal advice/action as our consumer rights have been breached, as the items were miss sold. Beware DFS is not the company it once was!!! Very poor quality furniture, and zero customer service.
Was here today, two ladies hiding behind in a reception despite a worker packing some chairs went to tell them a customer needed some assistance, waited 10 min and kept staring through the glass at the two ladies doing nothing ... Had a walk round hoping yo be able to see someone but no ... 0 customer service with staff unwilling to help
Very short staffed so ended up waiting ages. Past experiences have been better though so will go again
2 years it has taken to resolve all the issues we have had. After the 3rd sofa that got delivered it still arrived damaged!! The repair work is shoddy and the customer service is shocking. When you ask for a full refund and for the sofa to be taken away....complete silence! The sofa was purchased from the Sheffield store but the Manager was from the Rotherham store. All in all i would not recommend DFS to anyone!
It's a furniture store. Not much more to be said. Staff are helpful, which is all you can ask. Location is easy to find. Parking is never an issue. There probably is something in the style you wish. After this it's down to cost. Best thing you can do is check their website 1st.
Purchased a new sofa from here. Staff were not pushy and left us to browse at our leisure. Great service and kept updated with progress throughout. On the arrival date we were able to choose a convenient time slot & the guys who delivered/built it for us were pleasant & followed all safety guidelines.
