Honestly!! Never had such amazing service from Karen. Informed every step of the way, couldn't do enough for us and such a great relaxing planning experience! I have done nothing but recommend this lady! She is brilliant and such a credit to Wren.
Went to Wren after being let down by another company. Should have gone there first! Builder told me to go somewhere else, turns out he made money off me for going with them. Wren has better quality units and better pricing. Nothing was too much trouble. For anyone looking for a new kitchen, I would highly recommend Wren Kitchens in Sheffield.
Very pleased with the finished kitchen. From start to finish Wren kept it simple , from measuring up , designing , to completion. Even when we changed our minds on the design on a couple of occasions it wasn'ta problem. Would thoroughly recommend to friends and family using Wren for their new kitchen requirements.
Amazing service from the team at Drakehouse Retail Park in Sheffield. Great experience from start to finish. Quality of product was way superior to anywhere else we went and pricing was better, which was surprising. VR was amazing to see. Happy to have bought a Yorkshire-made product as well. Couldn't be happier.
The showroom display was the best I've seen and the staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful: nothing was too much trouble. The computerised planning was very useful allowing easily for changes. Ordering was very straightforward and we opted for the 12 months interest free loan which took seconds to obtain. Large plans with all the components listed came in very useful as I fitted our kitchen myself. The installation videos were very helpful too. Delivery was faultless and the packaging excellent - the units were pre-assembled except for legs which made life very easy. We've had our Wren Kitchen for 9 months now and we still admire the quality. We went for the no handles design which has made cleaning so easy. Everyone likes the LED lights. I recommend Wren Kitchens
Some nice ideas for kitchens, but felt the sales associate was pushy and pushing us to book an appointment even though we don’t start our extension until February, had to say no 3 times to booking an appointment, 1 would of been sufficient…. We will be buying from somewhere else I don’t like pushy sales people, on a positive they didn’t have harassers as soon as you walked thru the door today saying “ hi do you need help” as soon as you walk in.
Shocking!! Wren measured our whole kitchen wrong to start with meaning the kitchen couldn’t start being fitted, then we had missing items and they also sent us incorrect ovens one black and one silver, we wanted two black I then had to get my own from curry’s. They also told me it was my fault it was measured wrong because I should’ve checked the measurements!! When I had someone from wren come to measure for our worktops he told me he’d just come from a house where they’d missed a full window out of the measurements. Customer service was appalling on top of all this, the whole experience was Unbelievably stressful and we were left without a kitchen for months and they did absolutely nothing to help us just kept trying to pass the blame to us. Would not recommend to anyone, awful company to deal with, go to howdens instead!
Order number 31602521 Great service all round, from start to finish well it's almost finished and looks great. Jessica is amazing and used a first rate CAD system to design our kitchen and make any changes we want " just like that snap". Installation is progressing smoothly with a really excellent kitchen fitter Mark - super bloke. Delighted with everything so far! Thank you.
