Pre booked an appointment to open two savings accounts for my son's. Got to the branch and it was cancelled. No telephone call to ore warn me or anything when I had arranged a baby sitter. Not had an apology or anything. I've emailed the lady that set the appointment up and she has not responded. Booked in at cleckheaton now hoping they will be a better branch. I won't be using this branch again.

Thanks to Elizabeth who sorted out my Internet banking after I was locked out of my account. She had bucket loads of patience and was so professional when I was in a state of anxiety. Thanks again Eluzabeth - Pudsey Branch. Thanks also to Catherine who helped yesterday but we ran out of time.

I have been a customer of Yorkshire Bank since 1977 when i lived in West bowling Bradford and we moved to Pudsey in October 1988.and my review is that they are  what they say  For the people and they have helped me on two occasions when i have gone to them for help with financial problems  If they can help you they will.
