I’ve used Brooke Financial several times now. Their guidance and expertise represents outstanding bang for buck. Their personalised brokerage service includes expert consultation and reliable representation dealing with lenders, agents and solicitors. BF supported me throughout my purchase and frequently went the extra mile to check in with all parties to ensure the process was moving along swiftly, during a period of significant conveyancing delays. I was recommended Brooke Financial via a friend and have since recommended them to others. Worth nothing, since there's no requirement to meet face-to-face, their location made no difference to me as a London-based buyer, compared to using a local company.
