Excellent experience buying our VW Passat. Mark was friendly, approachable and generally very accommodating. Not pushy in the slightest, listened to what I wanted both in terms of a vehicle and a finance plan to pay for it  and made suggestions that were right for me - I felt comfortable dealing with him throughout. It's always a little scary buying a new car but he made me feel confident in the process from start to finish - at all times clear and upfront with zero BS! And it feels like I got a good deal too. 

Further to what other reviewers have said, their business model is to price their cars so they're the best deal on Autotrader to attract you into the showroom. They then don't discount so the price is the price - this was made clear to me early on so I understood the lie of the land and was comfortable with it. Mark arranged a competitive finance deal which helped sweeten the deal.

We just bought a car from here and are really pleased with it. I'm not a particularly car-savvy person and don't upgrade my car all that often so it wasn't something I was looking forward to.

We already knew what car we were interested in before we got there as we'd looked online. The staff were a far cry from the stereotypical car salesmen, we had a test drive and came back the next day to buy the car.

The whole process from start to finish was really easy, the car had been serviced and they run a HPI check by default.

To anyone wondering why they don't negotiate on price: it's pretty cut-throat now and the smaller places like this have to complete with the big players. I asked Mark about this, who facilitated the purchase, and they go for lower margins and higher volume to compete with Evans Halshaw et al. So, the price you see is pretty much the best they can offer.

You may think, of course they would say this, but we did do some research and couldn't find the car anywhere cheaper.

Not the best to negotiate with, they were very rigid with their pricing and wouldn't budge an inch. Thankfully bought the identical car with a garage down the road that did negotiate.
