We saw Andrew Mayor for a mortgage application, we booked the next appointment in two weeks as the application had to be referred as we own a business hence self employeed. We were told they would get in touch with us before our second appointment, i called Andrew two days before the next appointment and he was rude and said that they havnt got back to us yet and we just have to wait. I phoned hsbc head office the day before our next appointment and they told us the application was not given to them by Andrew until only a few days ago. This was why the application took longer. I myself had to phone the bank numerous times and they eventually prioritised the application. We almost lost the sale because of this. All in all very stressful for no reason other then the application wasnt sent off until a week after out first appointment. Andrew then apologised and admitted he was in the wrong at our next appointment. He said he wanted to make it right, he gave a speech about how he wanted to make it right and as an apology would send us a hamper. He never did, we never heard from him again. All in all very poor customer service. Disappointing.

Staff beyond helpful. So nice to get genuine help where there is no pressure. Saturday staff are wonderful.
