Also run under the name LCS. British Gas keeps trying to collect fees for the period before I moved to the property. After multiple chats and their reassurances that it will stop they have now forwarded the unpaid fees by previous tenant or agency to LCS who started an investigation. After following instructions in the letter stating that I'm not responsible for this, the agent named Dom was extremely rude. No explanations, no apologies, one sentence replies. He told me he will stop the letters. They better do because I'm sick of this harassment.

I have struggled to resolve a payment issue whilst contacting OVO/ SSE because First Locate took my money when I paid back in May 2021 I have the bank screenshot to prove it which I will add to this review tomorrow but never gave them the money. Also even though the SSE account was in my name, I never used their electricity so that's just clear fraud so SSE are also no better either. Hey must have allowed my first tenant to open up an account under the landlord's name me even though it should have been opened under her account and now they won't answer me or help me unless I can confirm her account details which I don't have that's fraud by the way so I'm being chased up about money I paid but no one nor First Locate nor OVO or SSE will help me. So again I set my alarm for 8 am to call and get to the bottom of this I've spent over six hours trying to resolve this.

I am reporting this business to Action Fraud, the Financial Ombudsman and the ICO today. They took money from my bank account and despite my bank putting a stop to them taking money and reimbursing me they attempted to take money again today. They are also using personal data without consent. Please be aware this is an extremely unprofessional business and everyone needs to know that they are committing criminal offences on a daily basis.

I would have given no stars,  if possible. Paid this company an amount in March 2023 and they have still not sent this to HMRC. Terrible service and I am still showing I owe this amount.

This is bunch of scammers,  we live in the USA and last Tuesday Night/Weds Morning there were 3 charges attempted by this company, with the 3rd one  going through for over 3000 USD.  We have contacted the bank and have filed a police report against this company for their fraud.  We will also be retaining the services of our attorney if this issue is not settled immediately.

Scam company who tried to get money out of me for a debt that was already paid. Reported them to financial ombudsman. Just chancers looking to make a quick buck. Had to block them from contacting me as harassed quite a bit. Rude customer service agent so staff need training.

Scam. Don’t give them any information. They are trying to rip people off. Return any letters to them un opened and return to sender

I have issued a notice for compensation to LCS for harassment for something I never owed in the first place and plan to take them to small claims court in 14 days. I have issued a notice. We need more people to take them to court for scamming us.

Scam artist, charged £55 from my debit card. However bank has recalled money back me and protected myself from those  poor debt collectors.

SCAM letters from 1st Locate / LCS / lcsdr.com . If you own something don't pay these scammers , pay back directly to the company you own. They will take your money, but your debt won't be paid.
