The staff at the post office counter are outstanding. I don’t know who recruits them but they are doing a magnificent job. Also patient, friendly and helpful, however long the queue . So grateful.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. They are very attentive with each customer, so this can take time; to understand what your shipping needs, and propose shipping fee options, etc. If you're in much urgency, you may need to consider another post office.
I use here very often but always they are friendly and good service. I read some negative reviews but some of them are not their fault at all! I appreciate that to open 7days a week and mostly until 7pm. How can you say this is bad service?!?

Overcharged and sent my parcel to the wrong country. The staff are so poorly trained nor friendly/helpful. Paid £16.60 for international postage. My parcel was then returned to me after 2.5 months of being in Ireland rather than Iceland. Had to resend the package from a reputable post office and was charged £2 less than I was charged here and the parcel has already arrived after just 4 days. Can't believe this is a post office, every experience here has been absolutely appalling.
My nearest post office, to which I could walk, is staffed by such surly staff that I no longer use it. So I take a bus to this one, which has great staff who are enthusiastic about their work, efficient and friendly. It also opens early and closes late and has a very nice grocery store attached. It is a hassle having to get a bus when the other one is two minutes away on foot but it’s worth it cos the staff here are all so nice.
I don’t see how these guys can get negative reviews, they’re all really friendly and helpful. You can’t be negative just because they’re busy!
Outstanding service. Can't understand other comments as everybody was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful given a particularly difficult task, renewing my passport; photo, documents, personal details etc. And it was the first time I had ever entered the PO. I will try and make up for that!
Not even one star is worthy Rude and unexperienced staff , i went to post a package which i post regularly and the gentleman with long hair dreadlocks and beard started being rude and refused to package my parcel and said it was too small ,that’s why he wouldn't post it which i ve previously been posting frequently for the past few months and no one has made a fuss about it . He was really unpolite and didn't know how to speak to a customer ,he even told me to use a alternate post office which is far from me . Must avoid at all costs.
Terrible place, I witnessed several instances of upselling from a female post office staff member whilst I was waiting in the queue. Extra fees for special delivery, insurance and tracking, that the sender didn't really want And then she refused to take my large letter even through it fitted through the template slot and told me I would have to pay the Parcel rate. No wonder the Royal Mail is in trouble. I ended up sending it with Hermes for less money, free tracking and they print the labels for you .
