Firstly, you can hardly ever get a face to face appointment without a phone call appointment first even after telling reception the problem I'm having is a physical issue and obviously needs seeing to to assess and be given a diagnosis. So you wait over a week for a call just to be told I'll need to come in anyway (given you're free for the call whichever time they call in the morning as there isn't a fixed time). Then wait even longer just to get that appointment too. Such a waste of time!

Very poor. Ended up going to walk-in center at arrow park. Who then demanded we see a doctor within the hour.. after seeing Dr MacDonald and getting referred to COCH my son spent 3 days in hospital. Staff need a firm kick up the arse on the front desk.. They are a disgrace to the NHS.

Staff refusing to deal with me via phone as they were "not logged in", previously staff refusing appointments as they didn't know how to create one on their new system. Impossible to get info out of them and exceptionally slow to give or process referrals. Almost like they don't want to help

Absolutely impossible to get an appointment even when your very ill. Normally get an answer after 11am "sorry you'll have to call at 8am next morning!!!!!!
