These doctors had alot of bad reviews and alot of bad incidents. And for some reason they have been all wiped maybe because they deleted their old google and made a new. To try and wash away all the bad that happened. So I would like to rewrite my review as it was unbelievable, hurtful and harmful. And not once did I get an apology. After I had my third child I was going to register my child with this doctors. They had rang and I set up an appointment. I explained to reception I was not seeing a health officer. This is your right as a parent to chose. This was my third child I feel I know what I am doing now and if I needed help then i would ring my doctors. I became I'll and still recovering from a c-section I missed my appointment after doing this the doctors felt the need to ring social services and tell them I am refusing to register my child and let the health officer near my child. A heath officer's had seen my child the once you could imagine my horror when social services rang telling me my own doctors had rand accused me if all these things before even ringing me asking me why I had missed this appointment. When I called the doctors for an explanation the lady I spoke to told me it was the doctors right to do so and if I felt that their was a grievance to what had happened then I could come in and fill out a complaint form. So stories no explanation about any policy that they may have on these situations the doctor didnt even talk to their boss or manager before making this decision. The reason I am so hurt by this because it goes on a record somewhere and it was a decision made with no evidence and no simple investigation done by the doctors. Who if called would know I was just simply I'll and just forgot to call. It is very sneaky to get rid of all your reviews so let me be the first to give you your first one. I hope you train your doctors better in the future. And apologies for the mistakes you do.
