I am very surprised at the bad reviews. Complaining about free parking? I had an appointment there yesterday (not been in a long time) at 11:10, I turned up early and booked in using the touchscreen. I was called in at 11:04 and was seen by one of the great doctors and was out before I was due to go in. I have never had anything but great experiences here. Is it just that only people that have bad experiences bother to post? I’m really not sure these reviews are representative.

I have been issued a ticket for forgetting entering my work car number, I wrot to them and it has been fixed, no problem. So it’s great they are improving and also remember they try to help. We always need help.

Went for a blood test and I’m traumatised. I’m already a nervous patient and told that many times during the appointment. Janet “the most experienced nurse” couldn’t find my vein. Poked me numerous times. Despite having a numbing cream for 2 hours- she was so rough that I felt every poke! She rushed me and the procedure like there was no tomorrow and was very rude. I was fainting and she told me to leave the room WHILE I WAS FAINTING because apparently she has another patient to see. Felt like a prison not a clinic. My husband had to drag me out of the clinic cause I was so faint. I suffer from Vasovagal syncope so I get those symptoms due to brains deprivation of oxygen from extreme stress. And why I was practically out of body I was told to leave the room. Also when I was clearly suffering in the room, Janet “the most experienced nurse of the clinic” despite me telling her to stop talking about my veins and blood, wouldn’t stop talking. Almost like a sadistic pleasure! Avoid the clinic at all costs if you have a bit of respect and sympathy for yourself.

They have issued 3 penalty tickets cost £300 which I didn't even know it wasn't belong to working community hospital :( heartless people in hospital
