Always polite receptionists and helpful. Just like lots of surgeries not always easy to get an appointment but most days you can see the duty doctor,if not here at one of the other surgeries.

Charge extortionate price for paid for vacines where it is a lot cheaper elsewhere and also receptionists have refused to let us see the nurse when requested. I advise you look elsewhere if registering for a doctor.

Lucky if you can get an appointment when you want it. Went to collect my prescription and it was incorrect. Lazy receptionist told me to come back, even when I told her that I had taken the time off work. It was the doctor's error I pointed out. She went and got it corrected. It was still incorrect. I told her now that it was HER error. Same advice again, why don't I come back tomorrow. I wasn't leaving and pointed out that I would write a letter of complaint against the doctor and naming her. She got it corrected, funny that. Stand up for yourself please. If I was a little old lady I would have really felt threatened by this bossy *itch.

I wouldn't even give them one star. On more than one occasion they have lost my prescription and told me they were too busy to ring around and find it so I had to do it myself. They didn't bother to give me a call when they booked a telephone appointment with me. Said they ended up being too busy so just didn't call. Reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. I have turned up to try to sort out my missing prescription, because they couldn't be bothered to do it themselves and they have closed up early. I don't think they realise that they are dealing with patients and their medication is so important to their quality of life. Will be making a proper complaint.
