Staff go above and beyond. Last night we had to rush my daughter off to the centre, as we realised she had tonsillitis. The staff gave a thorough assessment and gave us antibiotics right away for her. The care is consistently good and the staff are always kind and informative. Thank you for all you do.

Used the Woking walk in clinic for many years and have never left reviews before so long over due. Lovely people and that comes through when being treated. Ok you may have to wait during busy times but trust me it worth it. Keep up the good work.

Can only praise this service as when your Doctor`s surgery are unable to offer you an appointment and you are in pain as I was, a sympathetic and helpful nurse was very much appreciated - and I only had to wait 15 minutes.

We come to Woking Walk in center and there was working 2 doctors and 3 nurses. One of them menage take care of all patients and other in 2 hours had only one patient. That patient stays in a room for 50 minutes! And rest of time he didn't take care about any other patients and finally he finished his job and take his bag and go home. But nurse who serve us was good. Just zero understanding how doctor could serve only one patient in 2 hours. I never had 1 hours appointment in any condition. Normally it's take 10-15 minutes but definitely not 1hour. P.s. doctor was Abdil Aziz.

Had a awful experience waited 3 hours and still wasn't seen! They told me it would be a 1 hour wait when i turned up. So after 1 hour i said to the woman on reception i have waited my hour? And she said in a very short rude way yes but there are seven people in front of you. The parking is inadequate to the point that you might find yourself in a drive round loop. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!
