Thomas is a superb teacher and I thoroughly enjoy his classes. Having practiced Hatha yoga for a number of years, Thomas's teaching has renewed my enthusiasm for yoga. With Thomas's direction and support, my strength, flexibility and balance has improved. Iyengar yoga is challenging yet restorative. Through clear instruction tailored to the individuals' needs, Thomas makes every posture accessible to all students from beginners to experienced practitioners. Thomas's classes are holistic, combining physical fitness and strength, with stillness of the mind. I recommend Thomas's classes to anyone who is seeking a complete practice for physical, mental health and wellbeing. The divine light in me honours the divine light in you Thomas! Namaste.
Absolutely recommend! Superb instruction from an experienced Iyengar teacher who expertly ensures that all within the class are challenged and supported appropriately. A lovely well equipped studio and a fantastic atmosphere in class.
