"Hangar HPC is a Performance Gym specialising in Strength, Conditioning and Combat Sports. We have something for everyone, plus a really great, supportive community where we lift each other up, as well as our bars! Plenty of brand-new equipment: Bumper Plates, Olympic Plates, Spinlock Bars, Competition Kettlebells, Squat Racks and Lifting Platforms. We have a S&C program included in the £45 monthly membership. We have MMA, Freestyle Wrestling and other Combat Sports. Plus pole and spin classes."

Absolutely amazing facility, coaches, trainers and staff. Faith & co. work hard for the community and creating a fantastic atmosphere for all. I was very intimidated to start going to MMA classes but I’ve never felt more welcome and can’t wait for the next session.
Excellent facility with plenty of classes to suit a variety of people and abilities! Classes running everyday of the week and include mixed martial arts, wrestling, kickboxing, yoga, plus fitness, HIT workouts and more. Gym staff and coaches are incredibly welcoming and give the place a warm family feeling. They also run beginners courses for those starting from scratch!
In all my years of fitness training of all different sorts I've been to many different gyms. Corporate ones, independent ones etc and I can honestly say this has to be THE best gym I've ever used. The setup, equipment and facilities are great, the staff are friendly as are members. The classes on offer and the number of them is just worth the membership alone. I could go on and on but it's a great gym with great value for money.

By far the best gym I’ve come across, has all the equipment and facilities you need for all types of training! Coaches and staff are so friendly and can’t do enough to help- amazing community to be apart of. Seriously couldn’t recommend more!!
Best gym about, great coaches and friendly staff. Nice variety of equipment downstairs & the classes are 10/10. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The hangar is a great gym with a genuine atmosphere, quality equipment and highly knowledgeable coaches. Highly recommend to anyone who takes their training seriously.
Friendly, clean and a great place to workout. Coaches for classes are brilliant and there is a real family atmosphere.
