A very knowledgable and dedicated personal trainer in Cardiff. Clara was kind enough to advise me on the use of running plans using apps and my new treadmill. Her work is quote varied with cardiff fitness training and classes for ladies, kids and even professional athletes. Whether you need a diet plan or one to one sessions Clara of Dragon Athletic is very good. I know she covers the Cf5 Danescourt, Llandaff and Fairwater areas. Dropped in during a visit to Cardiff from Australia. Great facility with a solid crew, friendly prompt responses to our email enquiries and Coach Adam was a great host! Get there early though. It's a hard spot to find in the dark at 6am =
Amazing CF Box. Great set-up full of friendly, welcoming people. The fundamentals course is great, whatever your experience level. The 'classes' that follow are just amazing. Coaching staff are really committed to seeing members progress and improve. Full marks, Dragons!
Krav Maga classes are great! The instructor, Jason, is excellent and the members of the class are very welcoming and extremely helpful to newbies like me!. There are other classes, and good facilities for training. Highly recommend the classes and facilities.
Love the class! It's a four star just coz of the location as I don't drive. But looking forward to attending their boxing religiously spring time! Thanks for the trial session. X
Yeah quite a nice facility but would prefer if you could pay weekly and not have to do a direct debit, seems silly as its not an actual gym

I have tried many types of sport and fitness, This gym, its ethos and its community is to this date the best i have ever come across. If you want to get results feel fantastic and achieve goals you thought not possible then this is the place for you, no matter you age, fitness background or ability.
I had a really great time here dropping in for a session. Super friendly and a great workout. Check it out if you are looking for somewhere to train or visit.
