Training with Neil for the past month has been fantastic. His knowledge base coupled with a warm personality and a genuine desire to watch people achieve their goals is inspiring. I couldn't feel more thankful to have found him. I see a noticeable increase in my strength and stamina which is pretty cool.

I have been training with Neil O'Conchuir, my personal trainer in Cardiff of 'By Definition Fitness' for the past 3 years. I was introduced me to him by my friend Antony and I have not looked back.

I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Neil is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession.

I would recommend By Definition Fitness in a heartbeat. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help for a long time to come.
